All orders are sent using 1st class Royal Mail Registered or 1st class Recorded delivery both requiring a signature. It is the ‘Buyers’ ‘you’ decision which postage service to pay for at CHECKOUT.
I will keep the receipt for my accounts, proof of postage & completion of order. Photos of every completed item is taken and often used on Social Media and this Website.
As the ‘seller’ once posted the responsibility of your order and horsehair is then with Royal Mail. Any complaints should be made direct to Royal Mail. I will happily provide photos of the receipt and any other items to then claim for loss of parcel & contents. No REFUNDS will be considered until Royal Mail have logged the claim and attempted to find said parcel, closed the claim and made reimbursement for ALL parties concerned. Then I will decide on merit any refund under Law in England & Wales guidelines.
